Answer: There are many effective, safe, and natural remedies for cough and cold during pregnancy, many of which can be used during a flu as well. Here is a list of things you can keep on hand in case you become sick: Garlic – During pregnancy, it’s best to consume 1 crushed, raw garlic clove with each meal. If your cold is acute, you could increase your garlic consumption to 1 crushed, raw clove per every 2-3 hours. I like to smear in raw honey for taste and added benefits. Apple Cider Vinegar – Raw preferably. ACV alkalinizes the body and most illnesses can’t thrive in alkaline environments. It also contains good bacteria which helps to fight of infection. Mix 1-2 tablespoons of ACV into water or tea and drink 3 times a day.Gargle ACV to soothe a sore throat. Honey – raw, local honey is antibacterial, antimicrobial, and antiseptic. Take 1 tsp., three times a day Onion – raw onion has phytochemicals that help keep the respiratory tract open. You can make a black bean or beef burger and top with lots of onions and mustard. You can add sauerkraut for an extra dose of probiotics!

Eat well – Even if you cannot stomach larger meals, try eating small portions often. Reduce congestion – Place a humidifier in your room, keep your head elevated on your pillow while resting, or use nasal strips. Alleviate your sore throat – Suck on ice chips, drink warm tea, or gargle with warm salt water. It is important to call your doctor if your symptoms are causing you to stop eating or sleeping, or if they last for more than a couple of days without improving. For cold and cough try these remedies also.... 2 or 3 leaves of tulsi.. 2 ardusi leafs .. 2 ajwain leafs.. 1 small size leaf of nagerveli pan... Pinch of salt .. Pinch of haldi.. Nd frew drops of ghee.. Make 2 cups of water to boil.. Nd add all d leaf to it cutting into small pscs.. Nd let it boil till it becomes hlaf of it.. Nd take this Twice or thrice a day.. Its much effevtive  i experinced it personally.

Answer: High as your baby is 12 months old you can give you baby cold home remedies. For that prepare a mixture of black pepper (2-3), Tulsi leaves (4-5), cloves (2-3 ), cinnamon (half inch), Ginger (half inch) water (one and half cup) & boil for at least five minutes in a medium to high flame then add one teaspoon of honey andseive it & give 2 tbsp to your baby for twice a day. Also massage warm mustard oil infused with ajwain and Clove on your baby's chest back Palm and sole Kundan cover your baby with thin bed sheet for some time to create the warm to get some relief. Drinking hot milk or hot soup is also helpful and give you baby warm bath and warm steam if possible. What is the cough and cold purses for more than 3 days and also fever is there then consult doctor. Hope it helps.
