Answer: Hi dear it is at all normal. There is no issue in having a difference of almost 2 week growth of baby . Baby will.be fine .We can't get an exact conceiving date so last mensuration date is taken as the conceiving date. So don't worry. Take a good diet and don't take stress.

Question: I m 20weak pregnanat i had Anomaly scan in which my baby kidney shows a little bit large.will it cause any problem or what should i must do.
Answer:  This is one of he most common things they find at the 20 week scan, the majority of the time it corrects itself after baby is born. You will more than likely just have to have monthly ultrasounds to monitor the growth of the kidney. If it doesn't correct it a surgery would be required once the baby is out. But that only if it isn't corrected itself during pregnancy. Hope i helped.

Question: Hello dr. I m 20 week pregnant my dr suggest me for anomaly 3d scan is it compulsory
Answer: hii dear congratulations for ur pregnancy .pregnant is a joyful time. It is a time when the entire family looks forward to the impending happiness. But it is also a time when everyone from the expecting mother to the family members are extremely cautious about each and every test and diagnosis pertaining to the baby.  It is usually performed between 18-23 weeks of pregnancy and ultrasound is the main diagnostic tool that is used to detect congenital abnormalities. It involves a detailed scanning and examination of the fetus for any abnormalities. It can be a 3-dimensional scan or 4 -dimensional and should be carried out in a high precision lab. All the best.
