Question: Hello dr iam taking lot of stress from morning to untill i sleep some words r there which have hurt me that words r only getting in my brain iam unable to forget those words what to do plz help me

Answer: Hello Dear stress is not at all good in pregnancy. It can cause long term defects both in yu n yur baby. It may cause development problem in baby, premature delivery or less weight baby and yu may get high blood pressure, gestational diabetes, some heart problems.Yu can try *Stop taking everything on yur mind n heart something are best to be left on time. *Meditation it really helps *Sleep, rest n rejuvenate. *Listen to music , read good books indulge in hobbies *Eat healthy food. *Re do yur baby room, make list of things to pack for hospital n items needed for baby post delivery *Connect with family n friends. *Mild walk n excersice will relax to. *Talk out yur problem n plan yur money matters.     What to do in this time husband should give the ful support to me even if iam wrong also he only poking the words like anything which directly hurting to my heart and later on he behave with me nothing had happen after saying the words to me he behave with me like nothing had happen aur mujhse bhi aisa hi rahene ke liye kahete jaise kuch hua hi nahi during this whole pregnancy mujhe husband aur saas dono bahut rulaye mujhe aidi halat mebhi kahete hai ki main apni saas kahi khayal rakho mere peet peche meri saas mere shikayat karte hai aur mere saam ne beta beta kehti hai meku dono hi fake mohabbat karte hai mere se ab bas main mere husband pe mujhe itna barabar bhi mohabbat nahi hai dil se ab wo vahut dur ja chuke bas ab ye baby ke liye in logo ke saath rehna hai meku

Answer: Hello! Yes it is important that you take those medicine. Black stool is mainly due to the iron tablets. Also iron causes constipation also. Try these home remedies for constipation but do continue with the tablets. 1. When you get up in the morning, drink a glass of warm water with lemon. 2. Take a tablespoon of coconut oil or olive oil before each meal. The oil which help soften and lubricate the stool. 3. Eat high-fiber foods such as whole grain cereals and breads, brown rice, and beans as well as fresh fruits and vegetables every day. 4: Go for a long walk (or a repetitive walk close to the toilet). 5: Take a glass of warm water or herbal tea before bed. 6: Stew on the stove half a cup of dried fruits such as apricots or prunes with a cupful of water. Cook till the fruit is soft and then mash it and eat the whole thing including liquids in the morning before eating anything else. 7: Avoid caffeinated drinks. 8. Go to the toilet when you have the urge, don't put it off. 9: To ease the stool passing, rub some organic oil (e.g. virgin coconut oil) on your bottom area. 10. Drink lots of water throughout the day. 11. Have rich fibre diet like oats, pomegranate with seeds etc . 12. Go for walk daily. 13. Consult ayurvedic doctor for medication. Take care
