Answer: Dear actually body pains are completely normal during and after pregnancy. Your body goes through many changes which makes your body internally weak. That's why it's said that after delivery new mother must eat a healthy diet and also a full body massage is also important... So don't worry get proper full body massage and also eat healthy and nutritious diet. Include dry fruits in your diet and also do some hot compress on area which pains that will give you alot of relief..

Question: Hello Dr. I have delivered a baby 2 months back having back and stitchs pain pls suggest..some joint also pain like knees hands joints etc. Pls help
Answer: Hi.. It could be due to breast feeding. When you breastfeed a hormone called relaxin is released and it makes ur ligaments and joints loose. Try taking a hot shower or bath.Use a heating pad or electric blanket on your joints.Place an ice pack wrapped in a towel on your joints.

Question: How to reduce belly fat If i work lot of body pains unable to walk knee pain back pain
Answer: Hi Dear! The only long term solution for weight loss is to moderate the consumption of easily digested carbohydrates such as rice, wheat, potatoes and other starchy foods and sugars. Get your carbohydrates from vegetables, nuts, berries and increase your consumption of healthy fats from avocados, coconut oil, butter and ghee and increase your consumption of proteins as protein is thermogenic. Also be more active, not necessarily an avid exerciser. Also learn to manage stress by yoga, pranayama and other breathing techniques as stress is a big contributor to belly fat.. Hope this helps!
