Answer: Walk up to 30 mins daily. And do exercise like squatting . It will help u for normal delivery. Climb stairs daily 5-10 tyms

Answer: Walk is best... Do walking work as much as you can. But do it with care
Mopping the floor.. use Desi ghee in warm milk....
