Shaving is the only option,as you are not supposed to use hair removal creams now.waxing cannot be recommended,at this stage.try trimming it first with scissors and then shave it.

Massage your baby with coconut oil before bath a leave for 10minutes
After bath u can apply moisturizer like sebamed or Himalaya or mamaearth lotions.
