If you are vomiting more than 3 times a day also you feel dizzy and nauseous often and very tired and also you feel pain in your stomach after vomiting then you must ask your doctor to prescribe you ondem MD to be taken once or twice a day that will help ease your morning sickness. however the natural measures work better and are safe as well you can try sniffing lemon or sweet Orange Essential oil you can put to 3 drops on your hanky and smell as and when you feel like vomiting. try to eat light biscuit or cracker once you wake up from bed. do not work around empty stomach for more than 2 hours. try eating small small meals every 2 hours. do not drink water after your meals because that will regurgitate and cause you feel more vomiting. always keep 4-5 nuts Handy so even after you vomit you can wait for 15 minutes and eat a handful of nuts to help your stomach feel full as well as it will balance out few of your minerals that have been lost in excessive vomiting.
