8 months old baby

Question: Hello doc im uma ..my dd is 8 month old..she s breast fed till now..i started giving semi-solid from six month ..im giving three times meal a day...mrng ragi porridge.aftrn oats..ngt rice porridge..along with the breast milk in btwn..thinking of starting formula milk for her...as she dont hav practise which formula milk s best nd how much ml shld i give her..and how many times shld i give formula milk.plz do let me know...whn she born for the first two days she s been to lactose formula milk..later started with breast milk...so im confused ...i tried giving pastuerised milk including with porridges but she din get adjusted ..she culdnt digest dat two days..so i took d decision to start of with formula milk...and she s 6.9kg (8month old) is her weight gain normal..plz do help me out with dis...

Answer: Hi, baby weight is ok. you should  breastfeed your little one and if you want to choose formula feed.  the best is go for Nan Pro. It has it's share of benefits. It will not let your child feel constipated, and will also gove your baby all the essential nutrients required for the proper growth. Remember one thing your baby is too young and so is the intestine which will digest mother's feed or formula feed as it's light in nature.
