Answer: Nose bleeding during Pregnancy is common as blood flow gets faster.  Remedies are to Sit down and ensure that the position of your head is higher than the position of your heart. You don’t haue to lie down. Pinch the nostril from which the blood is flowing for 5 to 10 minutes. Do not bend backwards as the blood mag go inside through your mouth. just bend forward and keep gour mouth open for breathing. This will also help you to spit out the blood if it goes into gour mouth. Do not release the pressure on the nostril to see if the bleeding has stopped. You should hold it for at least 10 minutes. a Generally, the bleeding should stop within a maximum of 20 minutes. If you feel a fainting sensation, make sure gou lag down gently on your side, not straight.
