14 weeks pregnant mother

Question: Hello dear.I am pregnant for a second time. My first baby is 3.5 years old. My weight is gain after her birth. I am overweight and i have completed first trimester. Still my weight is not increased. How to control the weight in second trimester. Because now my hunger is increased and if i go for a simple salads or fruits then its goes wrong to me. I can have apple but i can't take a oranges or melons. Also i have very heavy discharge of white liquid and its smell bad too. I have less calcium.

Answer: Hi dear, By gaining too much weight while pregnant can raise your risk for birth complications like c section delivery and premature birth. And even if you start pregnancy overweight or obese sticking to the recommended range of weight gain can significantly reduce your risk of health problems like diabetes. I can understand how difficult it could get to reduce weight. But reduce or gain it in a healthy way.try the following tips: 1- starting the pregnancy at healthy weight,which you have already done it .so good job! 2- eat in moderation and more frequently.it would help you check your sugar and also increase metabolism. 3- eat complex carbs.like oats,brown rice, wholewheat and quinoa.they digest slow and keep you full for longer time 4-keep moving.include light exercises,like walking and swimming in your daily routine.it not only would check on your weight but also ensure flexiblity 5-plenty fluids.drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water to keep you hydrated and flush out toxins. Donot force yourself to starve and crash diet.it would harm you and your growing baby. Weight would increase,as your body's hormones and water retention increases. Amniotic fluid also adds on. So donot worry much,post deliverey the weight would go and slowly through breastfeeding and healthy life style you can get back your pre pregnancy weight .white discharges that smells bad could be sign of infection.better to check with doctor and get treated.

    Thank you. But i think you misunderstood about my weight. I am already overweight before my 2nd pregnancy.

Answer: Hllo dear u r pregnant dear a pregnant women increases 10 to 14 kg weight during pregnancy. Dear u r saying ur weight s excess already .So dear u should take healthy diet.as green vegetable ,fruits ,fresh fruits juices ,coconut water ,lemonade. Dear these r healthy nd don't gain weight too .so u should avoid taking oily spicy nd junk food .there food gains weight .take plenty of water ,take watermelon its healthy nd it's 90 %of water ,muskmelon ,oranges take all these things .try it go 4 walk 30 min twice a day .try it Vaginal discharge s common during pregnancy ..it called Leukorreha...as is thin ..white... milky.. nd mild smelling...its normal.nd nothing for u to worry abht...This s because the changing harmones of pregnancy can stimulate the vagina to increase production of this vaginal secretion...

Have ginger honey paste Have peppermint. This should help too.
