Answer: Hi Mangoes can be taken in pregnancy in moderate amount some 2 pieces as it is rich in nutrient also make sure to throughly clean as the chemical being used to ripe mangoes are not safe for fetus...also tropical fruits like mango,pineapple,kiwi and all have enzymes which leads for pre term sometimes...take care
