23 weeks pregnant mother

Question: Hello as per i read thr weekly advice i saw that till now i should increase 7kgs of weight but till now i had just increased 5 kgs of weight so is there any issue in it??as m gettung worried for my weight gain.so do suggest..

If your weight is less you should have a healthy diet Have food rich in proteins like soya and eggs and chicken and pulses Have milkshakes and protein shakes Banana Ghee, cheese Haveilk and milk products Have cereals ,oats and tagged and wholewheat grain.
