Answer:  pregnancy is a bundle of joys, excitements, happiness, curiosity and many more. when baby kicks we feel lot of happiness and baby do less movements we become worried. here are some do and don't list --  Do's ----- 1-- take prescribed multivitamins 2-- get lots of sleep. 3-- do work out ( exercise, yoga) 4-- eat seafood ( in limited amount) 5-- take healthy diet 6-- drink lots of water 7-- go to doctor for regular checkup 8-- be careful about baby movements Don't 1-- don't smoke. 2-- don't eat unhealthy, spicy, oily food 3-- don't bend too much 4-- don't take any medicine without consulting your doctor 5-- don't eat too much 6-- don't lift heavy things 7-- don't skip your medicines 8-- don't skip break fast.
