Answer: Hello dear this is normal don't worry.. A nuchal cord occurs when the umbilical cord becomes wrapped around the fetal neck 360 degrees. Nuchal cords are common, with prevalence rates of 6% to 37%. Up to half of nuchal cords resolve before delivery.. A nuchal cord — or a cord around the neck — is one of many things mothers-to-be fear about childbirth. Babies receive nutrients and oxygen via the umbilical cord, not by breathing through their nose or mouth. They don’t actually breathe until after the birth, when they take in that first breath of oxygen into their lungs. This is one of the many reasons why it’s important to leave a baby’s umbilical cord intact (uncut) for at least 2 minutes after the birth. A Nuchal Cord Is Not An Indication For A C-Section. there are less chances but lets hope for the best,, all the best
Answer: Hello dear if cord round is loose then no problem otherwise tight loop me be not good for baby.

Question: Two loops of cord noted around fetal neck with one complete encircling the fetal neck its how
Answer: In case of two loops of cord, doctors usually advice for C section because otherwise during labour contractions the cord get compressed and reduce the blood supply to the foetus and cause fetal distress to prevent this, c-section is preferred. Don't worry and everything will be fine. Take care

Question: Two loops of cord around neck..one loop is tight and another is loose.is it safe for my baby?
Answer: There is no harm with loops (nuchal cord) sometimes resolve nearing delivery time say week39. Loop around baby--- that's okay do not worry it can be easily helped it mostly depend on the experience of your doctor as to handle loop cases, nothing much, he can lift the loop up while delivering normally. Loops are more than 2-3 C section will be needed--- precautionary. All is fine till now just watch your salt and water intake It all depends on baby position, you should take more water to help the movements. There is no reason why you should undergo a C-section until and unless some abnormality detected in your 32nd week Usg. Gynea can simply loop the cord raising it above its head when the head is coming out. Just take a second opinion here. Hope it helps! Take care.
