Answer: The hormone progesterone is one of the main causes of excess gas during pregnancy. As your body produces more progesterone to support your pregnancy, progesterone relaxes muscles in your body. This includes the muscles of your intestine. Slower moving intestine muscles mean that your digestion slows down. This allows gas to build up, which in turn leads to bloating, burping, and flatulence. Remedies for gas problem : 1. Drink plenty of fluids 2. Get Moving:Physical activity and exercise should be a part of your daily routine. If you can’t make it to a gym, add a daily walk to your routine. Aim to walk or exercise for at least 30 minutes.  3. Take fiber supplements 4. Use stool Softners 5. Keep breathing if stress is there: Anxiety and stress can increase the amount of air you swallow, which may increase upper abdominal gas, bloating, and belching. Eliminate as much stress as possible.

Question: I vomited full ma full stomach burning
Answer: Hi Dear! Its normal to vomit, feel nauseated this time in pregnancy, the first three months r like this but dont worry it will get better with time.. I used to suffer too and had bad nausea over my first trimester and half of my second trimester. Things that worked for me: Eating toast on empty stomach first thing in the morning.Having a snack immediately upon waking up. Like even before you get out of bed to brush your teeth. It helped me a lot. Imli (tamarind) candies, ajwain and saunf, smell of Oranges but I also had to be prescribed a pregnancy-safe medicine for really bad bouts of nausea. Do talk to your doctor if yoy feel its severe.. Hope you feel better soon & Take care.
