Answer: Include foods such as whole milk or skimmed milk, yogurt, buttermilk, cheese, cottage cheese (paneer) include pulses, dals, cereals, nuts and whole grains in your everyday diet to make up for your body’s requirement of protein. Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your everyday diet as it will help you gain your body’s required amount of fiber, vitamins and minerals. Drink as much water and liquids as you can through the day. You can simply have clean and filtered water throughout the day, or sip on infused water with fresh fruits

Answer: Hi dear,here is the suggested diet chart for your little one to stay healthy with a lot of options which you can keep on changing so that baby could have interest in eating.  Morning 1 cup milk if ur baby s 2 years then give bournvita or pedia sure.. 2 almonds breakfast give veg daliya veg sevai suji ka halwa sujhi ki kheer sujika chilla about 12 o clock give friuts like apple,banana, grapes orange..or any fresh fruit juice... Afternoon dal rice arahar dal mong dal green dal whatever she likes palak with chana dal wit rice Rajma wit rice Veg kichri veg pulao Evening give 1cup milk with roohafja milk with bounvita whatever she like 7 o clock give some cookies ,potato finger 9 dinner give 1 chapati with sabji like turai lauki parval matar allo. palak panner..panner ki bujhi,LADY FINGER ki sabji... 11 oclock give milk 1 cup defiantly baby shall be good in health...best wishes!

Answer: Hello dear. The appetite of your baby will vary depending on his or her level of activity. The approximate estimation of the quantity of food your baby needs each day would include Up to half a cup of cereal, Up to half a cup of vegetables, Up to half a cup of fruits, Up to 3 tbsp of dairy, Up to half a cup of mixed cereals, and Up to 4 tbsp of meat or other proteins. DIET CHART Dear ur baby's day should always start with the breastmilk or formula milk. After that in breakfast you can give options like healthy cereal, Ragi dosa banana pancake, regular dosa, egg yolk on toast, broken wheat porridge, paneer bhurji sandwitch. Morning snack should be given at 11am and in that you can give Apple, banana, sweet potato wedges, papaya, pear, rusk or biscuits, melon. In Lunch options like curd rice with veges, broken wheat khichdi, chapati with daal or other gravy, rice with fish curry, Idli Sambhar and stuffed paratha can be given. In Dinner options like veges soup with toast, dosa with sambhar, paratha with daal, vegetable pulao with curd, rice and gravy, chapathi with paneer gravy and baked veges with mashed potato.
