Answer: Hi dear. Firstly I want to request u to not get worry just be seeing the baby size as if she is thin or fat. The main thing which u need to consider is the average weight of baby as per age as well if the baby is active, growing and attending milestones as per standard, eating well , doing potty and pee properly , sleeping well. These are the symptom of a healthy baby. Also for increasing the weight of baby at this age u should massage her every day , give proper semi solid diet and reduce the liquid intake like milk. Give banana , sweet potato, oats, curd , chicken fish whole grain Roti's , lentils , broccoli, rice apple as they play a bug role in increasing baby weight. Do give at least 3 proper semi solid meal and introduce finger food if teeth of baby has grown. Reglar good diet will improve the baby weight if baby is underweight. All the best.

Answer: Hello dear a healthy weight of 3 years baby should be anywhere between 13-14 kg and your babys weight is less so you should to add bananas, sweet potatoes and potatoes to your baby's diet. Apart from this try to feed full cream milk to your little one. In case​ your little one is choosy about food do not worry in case of milk you can give full cream by making custard. It's loved by every child. All you have to do is make custard as per the directions given on the box once its cooked and refrigerated. Your child will love it. Apart from this you can give overnight soaked in water dryfruits like almonds and walnuts 2-3 of each to your child. Soaking in water will make them cool and will help your child strengthen from within.  Also give malai bread toast to your child . In case you have eggs then give boiled eggs to your child. Give egg yolk too as it has fats which will help put on weight. You may also give sheera made of aata and suji at the moment. All you have to do is take a tablespoon of aata and roast in 2 tablespoons of ghee. Roast till light brown however do not let it burn. Then add a bowl of water and whisk so that no lumps are formed. Once dropping consistency then add sugar as per taste. Remove from flame. Let it cool a bit and serve it. It helps in putting on weight and strengthen​s the body from within.Apart this fruits like bananas, chikoos and papayas when mashed properly cam be introduced to the baby. You may also go for experimenting with milk like make suji milk. All you have to do is just add a tablespoon of suji that's roasted in a tablespoon of ghee  in a bowl of milk. Bring it to a boil. Once the boil comes and milk starts getting cerelac like consistency then turn off the flame and add sugar as per taste. Serve warm. In case you want you may add roohafza or rose syrup to give a twist in the flavour.
