Answer: Hie Since you are in pain ask your gynaclogist or doctor for stools softener it would help at the earliest And for the future Include lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet Increase your fluid intake have 16-20 glasses of water a day . Chewing ajwain would help you with bloated and indigestion . Go for any form of physical activity Add a daily walk for 30 min in your routine or sign up for pregnancy yoga it would help you speed up digestion. High fiber food in your diet help you ease and improve bowel movement concern fruits such as prunes,figs,banana or vegetables as well as whole grains such as oats and flax meal are fiber booster. If you can't much on fiber ask your gynaclogist for a fiber supplements
Answer: Pain might be due to constipation. Soak 2 spoons of sabja seeds in a glass of water and let it stay for 2hrs. Drink sabja water with seeds. Everyday drink 2 times and u will have some relief
