Keep your back straight. This will help you retain healthy body posture, regain pre-pregnancy body shape and reduce belly .
Keep yourself well hydrated.
Take rest as much as you can
.Use back support to sit.
Whenever you get time, try to sleep. Avoid standing for long time.
Go for small walks in the open air. This will relax your body and mind after the delivery.
Any intense physical activity like lifting heavy object, climbing stairs, brisk walking etc. is not recommended till 6 weeks after delivery.
Maintain proper personal hygiene. Keep your breasts and private parts clean to avoid any post partum infection.
Continue to take calcium and iron supplements till 8 weeks
Wear loose and comfortable clothing.
Most important enjoy motherhood .
