Question
Answer: Hi dear first of all 45 days cycle of periods is not normal at all and very hard to say when you ovulate, its seen that women with cycles more than 40 days have hormonal imbalances or there are chances that they do not ovulate at all. Please consult a good Dr to be in regular track of period first and then try to conceive as it will increase the conception chances. Hope this helps!

Question: My last period is march 28th but my baby is oly 4 to 5weeks in scan. I have irregular periods 40-45 days cycle. Ia there any problem
Answer: If your scan reveals more than two weeks' difference between your gestational age and the scan age, your doctor will probably ask you to have another scan. The difference could mean different things depending on what stage of your pregnancy you are in:  If you had irregular periods, your due date calculation based on your last menstrual cycle is often not accurate. If this is your situation, the dates of the scan will be used to determine your due date and the stage of pregnancy you are at.
