Question: Hard stool creating so much pain..what to do?? I have normal delivery at 9 jan but still facing this problem and its very painful..pls suggest

Answer: Hi, drink plenty of water,buttermilk it's common after delivery because of over heat so try to cool u body. Make changes on ur food,take fruits on ur daily routine.

Answer: Give oats to ur baby. Massage her tummy Give apple or pear juice nd also do bicycle exercise.. it is really effective to your baby
