Question: Hai my hemoglobin level 5.6 lam very sickness then any treatment is given and my 12th week scanning baby in good and normal and my hemoglobin less any problem to baby then I decided to miscarriage this baby it's good or bad

Dear ur babies weight nd growth s normal then why u r decided to abort to ur baby dear u should be happy that u r becoming a mother .nothing to worry abht ur sickness all women's suffers during pregnancy.dear consult to ur gyno she 'll gives u iron medicine which 'll be helpful in increasing hemoglobin nd u have to take healthy diet ..to increase the level of haemoglobin in pregnant women, including food sources which are rich in vitamin B, vitamin C, iron content, folic acid, etc. Here is a list of what to eat to increase haemoglobin during pregnancy Take green vegetables, especially the leafy green ones are very rich in Iron. For example coriander, spinach, mint and fenugreek. These vegetables are also rich in other vitamins and nutrients essential for pregnancy.Take dates and dry figs are very good in increasing haemoglobin levels. Other dry fruits like walnuts, raisins and almonds will also help in increasing the level of haemoglobin during pregnancy.Take Pulses add a good amount of iron and protein to a meal. Have them like salad, soup or add them to bread for good results. Peas, Lentils and beans have a good number of vitamins, minerals, fibre, iron and protein that makes a balanced diet for pregnant women.Take fresh fruits like pomegranate and oranges are the best way to increase the level of haemoglobin during pregnancy. Answer: Yes it is absolutely normal,the minimum range is 14..iske baad agar badh jae to dr. Ko dikhae..nd fr curing this disease ap baby ko morning me sunlight dikhaye,bt direct sunlight na dein,sirf uski heat milna chahie baby ko nd 10-15 mins of heat daily is enough fr baby..
