Question: Hai. Is it necessary that colostrum should be visible during third trimester of pregnancy?will i get a good flow of breast milk after delivery though colostrum is not leaking in third trimester?

Answer: Colostrum doesn't come in third trimester it comes only after delivery it is the first breast secretion for your baby so it must and it should be after delivery only

Answer: Hi yes its absolutely normal. This doesn't means that you wont be able to feed in future. I too never had these discharge but i am still feeding my baby and she is 15 months old now. So dont worry if colostrum leaks it fine but if dont it fine then also. Good luck.
