21 weeks pregnant mother

Question: Hai everyone..! Am pregnant with twins now am in 19th week but am not feeling any movements of my babies... Is it normal??? Am worrying!!!

Question
Answer: Hello dear Do not worry about baby movement because as your baby is growing , you may start to feel that they are less active. The truth is that if they are healthy, they are moving as much as they did when they were smaller, but their movements feel different because they are all folded up and wedged in your uterus. Just have a glass of orange juice and sleep on ur left side, u will start feeling babies movement again.

She'll listen for your baby's heartbeat and arrange an ultrasound scanor other checks if they’re needed
