Answer: Hello dear One of the reasons for fatigue and sleep problems during pregnancy are changing hormone levels. It's normal to feel tired as your body works to protect and nurture the developing baby, The placenta is just forming, your body is making more blood, and your heart is pumping faster because of which u feel tired and feeling sleepy

Question: Haiiii, all r saying in 9th month ll get frequent urination and sleep disturbance cause of frequent urination. But am not facing diz problem. Even one time also am not visiting wash room in middle of sleep.upto 8th month i used to visit wash room one time in middle sleep but in 9th month even one time also not visiting. Am I Ok ?
Answer: Hi dear you are absolutely fine these are very general statements because what happens that once your pregnancy advances your uterus grows and your grown uterus puts a lot of pressure on the bladder hence the blue visit gets increased and you frequently visit the washroom but if it is not happening with you and you are able to have a good sleep then what is the problem I don't think you need to worry so much about these things if all your reports are good . Hope this helps!

Question: I am getting sleep all over day time and cant sleep early during night time..i am getting sleep nearly 3 pm...how to get rid of this problem
Answer: Hi dear, having a sleepless night during pregnancy and tiring mornings are exhausting. A proper sleep can keep you energetic and productive but as pregnancy changes a lot of things, sleep is one of it. here are some  tips to sleep better during pregnancy. Eat little and often, have smaller meals, and avoid rich, fatty and spicy foods. You could also raise the head of your mattress a few inches, to help keep stomach acids where they should be. Switch to sleeping on your side Sleeping on your side may be more comfortable for you than on your back or front as your bumpgrows bigger. It’s also best for your growing baby, as it helps the flow of blood and nutrients to the placenta.  Get into a routine  Try to go to bed and get up at the same time every day.  Make your bedroom a sleep sanctuary If you're in the habit of reading, watching TV or using your phone in bed, try to stop if you can. If you wake in the night and can't get back to sleep, don't lie there tossing and turning. Get up, go into another room and do something relaxing like reading or listening to soothing music until you're sleepy enough to give it another go.
