Question: hai... am in 25 weeks when should i start exercise... to get normal delivery ?? and 30 mins walking per day is enough??

Answer: Hello! For starting exercise please consult your doctor first. Also, exercise should be done under proper guidance. Hence, before starting exercise, make sure these two things are taken care of. Walking for 30 minutes is absolutely fine.
Answer: Ya 30 mins walking is enough but do it in early morning or evening time and do it easily with easy walk...so it could not harm in any way to your baby
