Monday Breast milk/formula milk Apple puree Nap time Vegetable soup Breast milk/formula milk Rice porridge Breast milk/formula milk before nap time Tuesday Carrot puree Any fruit puree cereal gruel Wednesday Rice porridge Sweet potato puree fruit puree Thursday Ragi porridge Mashed banana stewed apple Friday Stewed apple with cinnamon dal water suji kheer

Rava idly, oats ragi dosa, suji kheer, banana porridge, pancakes, apple puree( any one) 11 am. Bm/ fm 12 pm. Mashed banana, curd, 1 pm. Answer: Hi.. Dear breast feed or formula milk for complete six months, nothing else.. Normal milk can be given after an year. After completion of six months you can give boiled cereal water first (dal ka pani), then semi liquid porridges (vegetable khichdi, lentil and rice porridges), boiled and mashed potatoes, bananas (mashed or in the form of smoothie).. If the baby is able to digest these food sources, then introduce ragi, oats, dalia..DO NOT ADD SUGAR OR SALT, UNTIL YOUR BABY IS AN YEAR OLD.. Start giving with small bowls, gradually increase the quantity.. Serve in three different meals as per your convenience

Answer: Hii dear, Here is a list of foods which you can introduce to your baby: Breast milk or formula milk Mashed banana Stewed apple Well steamed and pureed vegetables like carrots, sweet potato, pumpkin , french beans Pulse soup (moong dal ka pani) Rice Water (Chawal ka pani) Homemade single-grain cereals like rice, barley, oats mixed with milk Steamed and pureed fruits like pear, avocado, peach, chikoo. You can try the homemade vegetable soup for your baby. Do not add salt, sugar, honey to your baby’s food.
