Answer: Hi dear.dear as a baby is already beginner so you should give each and every 4 to your baby and there is no need to prepare anything separate just give the food which are preparing for your whole family and keep in mind there should be lots of a fresh fruits and all seasonal vegetables in your baby's diet and if your baby is it using and don't take vegetables directly then you are supposed to give vegetable soup on can add the vegetable in suji chilla or dosa and also in vegetables khichdi. enough dairy products should also be given a cheese the yoghurt butter toffee clarified butter and also fruit custard should be given and as it is samay you can also offer banana shake milk shake strawberry shake.along with this thing you can add dry fruit powder whenever you give milk to you baby and also can add this again whenever you give food to your baby and Soya Chunk is really beneficial for a growing baby and also boiled egg should be given and keep in mind along with healthy diet physical activities also really important it's your babies avichal of watching mobile then reduce the screen time and encourage physical activity
Question: plz give me a diet chart for 8 months old baby weight gain... with timing..ty in advance
Answer: You should introduce some softly mashed, or chopped into fine pieces of fruits, vegetables, meats, pasta and dairy such as curd and cheeses.
Veggies and fruit should all be soft cooked and possibly mashed with a fork or masher. (Bananas need only be mashed.)
Raw fruits are often introduced at this stage.
Meats and proteins such as egg yolk, should be cooked and pureed or chopped into small soft bits.
Remember, baby will not have molars until sometime around the 14-18 month age range. Foods should be easily mashed between the gums.
You can feed these food 3- 6 times a day... along with breast milk.
Timings can vary from baby to baby dear and it is not always easy to maintain a proper exact time for your baby. You can have a daily routine based on your convinience and when you think your baby is very hungry
