Answer: Dear, First of all congratulations for ur pregnancy. Gastric problem is common during pregnancy. So u should avoid fried and spicy food during this time to prevent gastric disturbances. Drink plenty of fresh seasonal fruit juices, coconut water and water. Avoid vegetables like lady finger, capsicum, arbi etc to get rid of gastric disturbances. Eat seasonal fruits. And take lots of rest. Take ur small small frequent meals in every 2-2 hours. Hope this helps...😊😊

    Yes dear u can take ginger chilli paste but in moderations, it might cause gastric disturbances to u. Kandipapu means tuar Dal is heavy that might also cause gastric problems, so u can take but in moderations, Dhaniya is good u can take it
