Answer: Hello! if it is your first pregnancy, your healthcare provider will recommend two doses of tetanus vaccine during pregnancy. The first dose will be given in the third trimester that can be around the seventh month in pregnancy. The second dose will be given after four weeks of the first dose. The WHO recommends a third dose as well that is given after six months of the second dose. This is to offer protection against the tetanus for at least five years.

Question: From which month tt injection should be inject
Answer: Tt is considered safe at anytime during pregnancy. Generally it administered during first 5 months of pregnancy. Your doctor may give you a shot of Tetanus toxoid, reduced diphtheria toxoid and acellular pertussis (Tdap) vaccine/Boostrix. Another vaccine is the injectable influenza vaccine, which you get during pregnancy. Vaccinating pregnant women with Tdap stimulates the development of maternal anti-pertussis antibodies, which pass through the placenta, providing the newborn with protection against pertussis in early life, and protects the mother from pertussis around the time of delivery, making her less likely to become infected and transmit pertussis to her infant.  Optimal timing for Tdap administration is between 27 weeks and 36 weeks of gestation, although Tdap may be given at any time during pregnancy.
