Question: I want to conceiving Plzz tell me what is the right tym my periods are stopped today 6 nov
Answer: The best way to increase your odds of getting pregnant quickly is to make sure that you are having sex at the right time in your cycle. If you have regular cycles, you will ovulate around two weeks before your period. This means your fertile window will be the seven days before your expected ovulation. So if ur period starts 6th nov then ur ovulation days would start on 19th nov and u should have sex between 12th Nov and 19th Nov to getbthe best results. Pay attention to your diet. For both men and women, food and fertility are linked. Stick to a balanced diet to boost your chances of a healthy baby. Eat several servings of fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and calcium-rich foods such as yogurt, cheese, and milk every day. Hope it helps.
