For cold you can try following remedies:
breast milk is the best medicine for babies which had antibodies and provide immunity to baby put two to three drops of breast milk inside the baby's nose it will clear up the mucus 2. can fry garlic in mustard oil and apply on baby's chest and feet and fry ajwain and make a potli keep ajwain pouch near baby head the pouch should be placed near the baby’s bed so that the smoke emerging from within the pouch will help in providing relief to the baby. It will help clear the blockage and provide relief to the baby.3. Keep the head elevated and put few drops of Eucalyptus oil on the pillow this will help in clearing the blocked nose. Question: I've suffered from fever for 2 days upto 102 ℉. Yesterday body temperature was ok. But from this evening it came back with 101 ℉. What should I do now?

Dont panic if u have fever and body pain in pregnancy. But u have to take proper medication as it can affect ur baby too. It can be cought by cold or cough.
Following remedies u can try to get relief from fever:
1. Add one teaspoon of tulsi (basil) leaves to a cup of hot water and steep for five minutes. Drink it thrice or four times a day
2. Add one teaspoon of mustard seeds to a cup of hot water and steep for five minutes and then drink.
If fever does not go with above remedies then better u can consult ur doctor
Question: my baby is having warm scalp from few days.. he is not having fever.. bt his head is warm only.. Is there anything to worry?
Answer: hello dear, may be helpful has cold that is why he's is having a warming forehead. Also sometimes, you feel that they have warm body but they are actually fine. Don't worry as long as the baby is playful and active.
