Question: Feeling acidity with pain

Answer: Hi! This is normal dear. Eat before two hrs of sleep. No spicy foods, no maida, no pizza, no burger. Only homemade light food at night time. U can take non citric fruits also. This is wat I was advised that time. Ice cream or milk apparently helps with heart burn. It's caused because of reflux as ur bump pushes the lungs and diaphragm a little upward. Try to lie down in bed with ur head raised preferably by keeping 2 extra pillows. Hope this helps!

Answer: Hello, I'm happy to help. Some abdominal pain during pregnancy is normal: After all, your organs are constantly shifting, your uterus is expanding, and your ligaments are stretching. However if the pain is severe and unbearable, you'll have to contact your gynecologist immediately. Take care.

Question: I m feeling acidity ,like some pressure is in my food pipe, I m ubable to deal with this feeling
Answer: Hi! First of all, congrats.. This is due to nausea and i used to suffer too. Eat toast on empty stomach first thing in the morning. I had bad nausea over my first trimester and half of my second trimester. Things that worked for me: 1) Having a snack immediately upon waking up. Like even before you get out of bed to brush your teeth. It helped me a lot. 2) Those lovely imli (tamarind/Puli) candy. 3) Oranges 4) I also had to be prescribed a pregnancy-safe medicine for really bad bouts of nausea. Do talk to your doctor. Hope you feel better soon & Take care.
