Answer: Congratulations on your pregnancy I can understand your anxiety. Walking is best in pregnancy. It also helps to digest food. As the muscles get lose joint pains reduce and the chances of normal delivery will be increased. Yoga is also considered best but you should perform it with two conditions one is you should permission from your doctor second is you should perform only under the guidance of an expert. Take care

This swelling squeezes a nerve, called the median nerve, that runs down to your hand and fingers, causing tingling and  numbness. U can get relief from numbness: 1. Ice your wrist or soak it in an ice bath for 10 minutes to 15 minutes once or twice an hour. 2. Relieve nighttime pain by gently shaking your hand and wrist or hanging your hand over the side of the bed. 3. Immerse your hand in warm water with a temperature between 92 and 100 degrees and gently move or flex your hand and wrist. Do this three to four times a day.
