Question: I am 37th week pregnant i can't sleep on left side for long time. Am comfortable to sleep on right side. Is there any problem is sleeping positions
Answer: Hello Sleeping on your side is suggested. Right or left. Here are some reasons y left is recommended. Lying down on ur back can cause dizziness as the pressure of ur belly can compress a major blood vessel cutting of the blood supply leaving u feeling pukish and dizzy. Lying on ur right is not bad it can just worsen the heart burns. The best way to sleep during ur pregnancy is on ur left. Sleeping in dis position supplies ur uterus with more blood. N ur baby gets a good blood supply. Also the baby gets good blood supply. The liver is positioned slightly on ur right so whn u sleep on ur left u have more room for the baby this means u ll feel baby movements better. Due to the extra space available ur organs relax a bit so u will feel a little better wr ur hurt burns r concerned. Hope I helped ,
Question: hai everyone suggest me to sleep on left side...but i cant sleep on left side ly particularly feel more comfortable on right side...
Answer: Hello! Yes, left is better to ensure that the nutrients, oxygen and blood supply is proper to the placenta and the baby. But sleeping on right doesn't mean that the supply stops. You can change sides and sleep, there is no problem in that. Try to support your back with a blanket and lean your back on it for better support. Also put pillow between your legs. This helps to be comfortable and give you proper sleep.

Answer: Hi dear, Though, sleeping in left side is beneficial to you and your baby as in you it helps in preventing water retention, while in baby it is good for proper blood circulation.but no matter what third trimester moving around becomes very difficult.so sleep whichever way feels comfortable.but donot sleep on your back as it presses a large spinal nerve which could make you feel breathless and dizzyness.
