Question: Every time I m feel weak.. N I cant eat properly anything

Answer: Hello dear it's normal to feel weak and tires during pregnancy especially in the first trimester. But you must eat food at regular intervals. Have lots of fruits, vegetables, grains & pulses, dairy products, oats, ragi products. Have lots of water, juices . Aviod pineapple, dates, Papaya in the first trimester. It might cause abortion. Have fully cooked food. Don't eat raw food. Have foods that has more of carbohydrates, proteins, iron & calcium. You must eat properly it will boost the baby's growth.
Answer: First three months you will have to face this problem but after first trimester it will be normal.. don't worry... It is a tough phase but enjoy it... Have walk after food, don't have oily food try to have more watery fruits like sunmelon you can find this time, have lemon water if you feel nauseated..try to keep you happy always
