Have lots of fruits, vegetables, grains & pulses, dairy products, oats, ragi products. Have lots of water, juices . Aviod pineapple, dates, Papaya in the first trimester. It might cause abortion. Have fully cooked food. Don't eat raw food. Have foods that has more of carbohydrates, proteins, iron & calcium. You must eat properly it will boost the baby's growth.
