Answer: Hi dear you can have dates in limited quantity provided you don't have any pregnancy related complications. Dates have  nutrients that can benefits both mother & baby. Dates are rich sources of proteins, fiber and iron. It will increase hb count.But it's good to aviod dates in the last trisemester it can cause contractions and early labour.
