2 months old baby

Question: Due to pregnancy i gained weight,post c sec its been one month i lost eight kgs but now i am stuck at 80 ...i want to get back to my normal weight. Can u pls suggest some measures through which i can loose my weight?

Answer: Dear it's normal to have a pregnant belly even after delivery. Actully dear it takes 9 month for your body to be in the shape so it will take some time to be back on its pre pregnancy shape. So dont worry your baby is now 2 months so start some easy and mild walk and also drink honey , lemon hot water in the water. Gradually start some yoga . It will help reduce some tummy fat..

Answer: I also gained n lost the same weight as you.but after that it has got stagnant.. rather it has increased 2-3 kgs more , from that lost 10 kg.. despite of being exclusive breast feeding. Answer: Congratulations to both of you you can reduce your weight by following some precautions always drink warm water avoid food with much fat and spicy food eat in regular intervals exercise for at least 4 days a week exercise prefer only walking until your stitches are completely healed before starting any other exercise please contact your doctor to make sure that the internal switches are completely healed walking also normal walk brisk walk is also not suggested take care
