Question: Does curling up and folding legs while sleeping affect the baby?

Question
Answer: Hello dear, The best sleep position is to sleep on your left side. Sleeping on your left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Keep your legs and knees bent, and put a pillow between your legs. These suggestions may not sound completely comfortable, especially if you are used to sleeping on your back or stomach, but try them out. Keep in mind that you may not stay in one position all night, and rotating positions is fine. Hope it helped.... Take care urself....

Question: Can i fold my legs while sleeping left side, and can i sleep on my back by folding legs
Answer: Hiii, whenever you are sleeping for longer period of time you have to sleep on left side or for a change on right side for some time but avoid sleeping on your back because your entire increased uterus will create pressure on your back which decreases Oxygen flow to your baby. Yes even you are sleeping on your left side you can fold your legs but remember don't sleep in wrong postures during pregnancy. Because of hormonal actions already your joints are loosen and sleeping in wrong posture can give you continuous back pain, leg pain and hip joint pain. So, should take care of that.
