Answer: Hi pregnancy ke dauran achhe se khana bohot zaroori hota hai, agar aap khana nai khaoge to baby ko nutrition nai milega aur badhega nai. To apko bhuk nai bhi lage to bhi thoda tboda khaiye, jo mann karta hai wohi khaiye , Fruit, salad, juice, snacks le sakte hai . Kabhi kabhi aisa hota hai pregnancy me ki bilkul bhuk nai lagta hai. Lekin fir bhi apko khana chaiye. Din me 4 bar ( breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, dinner) atleast achhche se khaiye. Bohot sara paani bhi peena chahiye is samay. Apna aur bache ka khayal rakhiye.

Lastly you can ask your doctor to prescribe you antivomit pills and it will take care of all your worries.
