Answer: hi dear! so subchorionic hematoma is a collection of blood between the uterine wall and the chorionic membrane and may leak through the cervical canal. so normally it depends on the size of the hematoma and is compared with the size of the sac. if the size is more than the sac then there can be a problem in pregnancy and the pregnancy wont last and if the size is small then you dont have to worry with medicine it will be not a problem dear. also your seems to be solved by just bed rest. and you will have to follow up by the scans dear. there is nothing to worry dear. take care.

Question: How many days bed rest is necessary for minimum sch.? 7th week nw i am
Answer: Hello dear,  Bed rest during pregnancy is no longer recommended for most conditions. While bed rest increases blood flow to the placenta, there is no evidence that it decreases the risk of premature birth..... In the rare situations when bed rest is recommended, it is prescribed at varying levels of activity restriction. In some cases, it means decreasing your activity level for a period of time. You might be free to move about the house, as long as you avoid lifting children and doing heavy housework. You might even be able to continue working. Hope it helped , Take care urself...
