Answer: Hi. Nahi dear agar aap exercise nahi karti hain to aap ab koi bhi nayi exercise matt start kariye. Lekin aap apna diet balanced rakhiye. Fruits or healthy food add kariye, rice and potato kam lijiye. Junk food bilkul avoid kariye, or satg me 30 min morning and evening walk kariye. Exercise ke liye aap apne doctor se consult kariye wo apke condition ke hisab se apko suggest karenge. Good luck.
