Its tough with newborn but try to rest as much as you can. Second, Breastfeeding se bahut calories burn hoti hai jiski wajah se apko bahut bhook lagegi isliye bina tension k har 2hours me kuch na kuch khate rhna hai. Apki diet me daal or green vegetables jyada include kariye, isse baby ki growth achi hogi and uska digestive system bhi better rhega. Don't forget to eat those ladoos, Dryfruit halwa and drink at least 2 glass of milk in a day. Third, Apne pass hamesha pani rakhi ye and breastfeeding k baad ek glass pani pi lo, dehydration nai hoga.
