Answer: Best to give breast milk /formula milk in early morning; give soya porridge/steamed dosas at 9 am; give any kind of fruits at 12pm; give dal+well boiled rice at 1.30pm; give fruit/vegetable juice at 5pm; give chappathi/vegetable kitchadi at 8 pm; again give breast milk/ formula milk at bedtime.
