Having difficulty sleeping can also make anxiety, stress, and depression symptoms worse U can try following ways to. Have proper sleep at night: 1. Develop bedtime routine 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Eat healthy dinner and drink warm glass of milk will make u have good sleep 4. Stay active during the day so that u can have rest during the night 5. Keep your room cool, dark, and quiet for optimal sleeping conditions.

Answer: Hi dear it is normal for a lot of baby to not sleep at night and there is nothing much that can be done but what I can suggest you to please feed the baby well and Co sleep with the baby dim the light so the baby can have a good night sleep but don't worry after 6 months of babies age sleeping pattern would improve and will be regular ..
