Question: Can i breastfeed my baby while having chicken pox?
Answer: Hi! Though its a little controversial some say yes and some say no, i would like share an experience which i have seen my Dr. to handle is the the mom was in distress due to unable to feed the baby during chicken pox but the Dr. said she can continue to directly feed the baby because baby has already developed the resistance as ppl start to be contagious way before the symptoms start to show, hence its up to you and your Dr. but i would suggest to pls try to pump and feed, to be on the safe side. Hope yoy feel better soon..
