Question: Can you please suggest some pills that can help me in sleeping as due to some reasons I'm unable to sleep neither in day nor in night. I'm 25week pregnant and stress takes over me so much.

Answer: It's not good to have pills during pregnancy. Go for walk in the morning and night. Before u sleep close ur eyes and deep breath it. Drink milk. U wil feel sleepy.
Answer: Don't take any pills. Read some books
