Question: Can we eat grapes, banana and watermelon when we are pregnant, some of the websites saying it's not safe to eat those fruits when you are pregnant??

Answer: Hi dear fortunately I did not really a read the website when I was pregnant and had and enjoyed all my fruits yes you are correct there are some websites which says that these fruits are not safe but as far as I know Banana is wonderful Banana is a source of vitamin B6 and Folic acid. Banana helps in digestion and and reduces constipation.It is rich in calcium, protein, energy and carbohydrate as well Sana safinaz watermelon is concerned it is high in water content and is very helpful to keep your body hydrated grapes can also be consumed but in a very limited quantity but if you have any confusion or sceptical about consuming these fruits you can definitely have a word with your gynecologist and then have .
