Answer: Hello!  Grapes can be taken during pregnancy but in moderation. The problem in grapes is, it has resverestol. It is a toxic compound that is dangerous for the pregnant women whose hormones are imbalanced. It leads to resveratrol poisoning that further causes many complications during pregnancy. It is found more in the darker skin variants like the red or black ones. Hence, if you consume grapes, have the green ones and avoid the red and black ones.
