Answer: Hello , Yes you should eat at least 1 pomegranate a day throughout your pregnancy to keep hemoglobin in accurate and to keep baby healthy . And after 16 weeks of your pregnancy you feel that your baby starts kicking when you eat pomegranate . I just felt the same during my pregnancy .
